Lunasoft , a B2B AI customer service solution company, announced on the 9th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Ubase for 'AI customer service innovation and smart BPS (Business Process Service) construction' at the Ubase Yeouido Digital Center in Seoul.

This agreement is a strategic partnership aimed at promoting digital transformation of the customer response market based on AI technology specialized in customer communication and strengthening the competitiveness of artificial intelligence contact centers (AICC). The two companies plan to ▲develop AI technology optimized for customer consultation solutions ▲build a smart BPS model for consultation automation and cost optimization ▲cooperate on joint marketing and branding, etc. In addition, they plan to continue continuous AI joint research and technology exchange.
