Schneider Electric to participate in '2025 International Electric Power Exhibition'

Schneider Electric Korea (Kwon Ji-woong, CEO of Korea Branch), a global company leading the digital innovation in energy management and automation, announced that it will participate in the '2025 International Electric Power Exhibition' to be held at COEX in Seoul from May 14 to 16.

The '2025 International Electric Power Exhibition' is a representative exhibition of the Korean electric power industry hosted by the Korea Electrical Engineers Association, and is positioned as a place leading the future changes in the electric power industry, covering the fields of energy and environment. In particular, it is positioned as a platform that presents a sustainable future by focusing on key technologies of energy transition such as renewable energy, hydrogen industry, secondary batteries, and carbon neutrality.

At this exhibition, Schneider Electric Korea will introduce representative technologies and solutions in the fields of sustainability, smart power supply, and smart energy management through a demo zone consisting of ‘3S solutions’ under the core message of ‘Electrification makes Energy Green!’

First, in the Sustainability zone, we will introduce the Sustainability Consulting Framework and various activities of the Sustainability Business Unit to emphasize sustainability, which is Schneider Electric's core value, and propose specific solutions to help companies practice sustainable management.

The Smart Supply zone showcases the latest technologies and AI-based data center solutions for stable power supply and distribution. It ensures stable power supply by optimizing data center operation for exponentially increasing data processing in the AI era and maximizing effective power system response and availability.

Schneider Electric's DC power product line, which enables stable DC power supply, is also introduced. DC power solutions contribute to reducing power conversion loss and increasing efficiency, and protect the system from overvoltage and short-circuit accidents through stable DC power supply, and improve maintenance efficiency through real-time monitoring and status diagnosis.

In addition, a new demo of the EvoPacT high-voltage circuit breaker solution with the latest technology will provide an opportunity to experience the stability and efficiency of power facilities firsthand. Schneider Electric's EvoPacT is a next-generation power protection device that enhances safety and maintenance efficiency and can be used in various industrial sites.

The Smart Management zone showcases energy management solutions through digital innovation. Schneider Electric’s representative digital solutions, eTAP and EcoConsult, propose data-based smart energy strategies that can maximize the efficiency of energy management.

We are also introducing a Smart Pannel that makes energy management smarter and improves the efficiency of field operations. The Smart Pannel can monitor power status in real time and establish data-based maintenance plans, thereby further enhancing the energy management capabilities of factories and buildings.

In particular, Schneider Electric Korea is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and will be creating a History Wall where you can see the developments and achievements over the years at a glance. Through this, we plan to look back on Schneider Electric Korea’s journey of sustainable technological innovation and share our vision for the future.

Schneider Electric Korea CEO Kwon Ji-woong said, “We are pleased to introduce innovative technologies that realize carbon neutrality and sustainability through the convergence of electricity and energy.” He added, “Schneider Electric Korea will continue to lead the digitalization and sustainability of power infrastructure and create the future of the Korean electric power industry together.”
