Wadle Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-hyeok Park), the developer of the conversational artificial intelligence agent 'Gentoo', announced on the 9th that it was selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Voucher Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
The Cloud Voucher Support Project is a program that helps demand companies introduce cloud solutions from supply companies, increase work productivity, and achieve digital transformation. Demand companies only pay 20% of the cost of using the solution, and can receive support from 10 million won to a maximum of 80 million won.
As the introduction of AI agents and AI transformation (AX) are accelerating in various industries including commerce, Wardle plans to expand the supply of its AI agent solution, Gentoo, to help domestic companies secure customer purchase data and improve marketing performance.
Gentoo is a multi-agent-based B2B SaaS solution that helps customers make purchasing decisions while using online shopping malls. The moment a customer browses a product or hesitates to purchase, a floating button is activated, and through natural conversations like an offline store clerk, it understands the purchase intent and recommends appropriate products, increasing the purchase conversion rate.
In particular, since it is easy to connect installation and shopping mall data, even small and medium-sized businesses and startups without AI experts can analyze purchase conversion performance in real time, derive useful marketing insights, and use them as key indicators. Gentoo is currently available for download from the Cafe24 store.
