Bloom AI selected as an excellent company for the '2025 First Half Cyber Crisis Response Mock Training'

Bloom AI (CEO Beomsu Kim), an AI customer communication solution company, announced on the 27th that it was selected as an excellent company in the '2025 First Half Cyber Crisis Response Mock Training' co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).

'Cyber Crisis Response Mock Training' is a large-scale training program conducted at the government level to prepare for evolving cyber threats, and is conducted by examining each company's response system based on actual hacking scenarios. A total of 688 companies and approximately 255,000 people participated in this training, and the security capabilities and execution capabilities of companies were comprehensively evaluated through the entire process from intrusion attempts to detection, response, and recovery.

Bloom AI has been operating various security activities such as phishing email response training, DDoS attack response system establishment, company-wide information security education and awareness raising campaigns. In this training, it received high evaluations for its consistent response system from initial response based on pre-manual to notification to relevant organizations and follow-up improvement measures.

Bloom AI Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Jin-ho Choi said, “Through regular participation in mock training, employees’ security response capabilities and awareness are substantially improving,” and “We will continue to focus on enhancing our security system and creating a digital environment where customers can feel secure.”
