OpsNow Signs Business Agreement with T-Scientific

OpsNow, a company specializing in AI-based multi-cloud management platforms, announced on the 9th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with T Scientific, a company specializing in AI and big data-based IT monitoring and information security, for joint development and commercialization of cloud and AI-based IT operation and security solutions.

With this business agreement, the two companies plan to combine their core technological capabilities to support more efficient IT operations and security management for companies. To this end, they will combine T-Scientific’s installed-based monitoring and security technology with OpsNow’s SaaS and AI automation technology to jointly develop and commercialize next-generation IT operation and security solutions. In addition, they plan to continue follow-up cooperation and technology development to concretize the joint business model and continue practical cooperation.

OpsNow will provide technical support to help convert Tiscientific’s installed products to cloud-based ones. In addition, they will focus on strengthening the automatic detection and response system for security threats by combining Tiscientific’s security monitoring technology with OpsNow’s IT monitoring management automation solution, ‘AlertNow.’ In addition, the two companies plan to modularize Tiscientific’s installed products and apply them to the cloud security platform ‘OpsNow Security,’ and cooperate to promote white label business.

In addition, the two companies plan to expand cooperation in various fields such as ▲joint commercialization of the Cloud Native Security Platform (CNAPP, Cloud Native Application Protection Platform), ▲AI-based operation automation, and ▲enhancing vulnerability detection functions using LLM/LMM-based language models, and continue to join forces to enter the global market.
