CallGate (CEO Kangmin Lee) announced that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with NexoneSoft (CEO Deokhoon Choi), a digital simple authentication service specialist, to 'strengthen authentication and security functions within visible ARS and payment services.'
Colgate is a company specializing in 'visible ARS' and 'visible payment'. When a customer calls, a web-based screen automatically launches, allowing them to check guidance and easily use the services they need.
Corporate customers can efficiently provide services such as consultation connection, customer response, and event information through Colgate's 'visible ARS', and can complete everything from ordering to payment at once by utilizing 'visible payment'. Colgate SDK, which has already been applied to the smartphones of 30 million customers, provides stable and convenient services without separate app installation or membership registration. Colgate is currently providing services to customers in various industries such as about 400 large corporations, public institutions, local governments, general companies, and finance, IT, and franchises.
Through this agreement, Colgate will apply NexOneSoft's integrated authentication service 'NexBe Sign' based on the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) standard to visible ARS and payment services. Through this, users can quickly and conveniently authenticate themselves by selecting the certificates they frequently use in one window.
In particular, in payment services where authentication is essential, such as financial transactions or contract signing, various technologies such as keypad security can be applied to further strengthen the protection of customer personal information, thereby providing high security and convenience.
Through this agreement, Colgate plans to enhance the security and reliability of visible ARS and payment services, and establish a simple and safe authentication system that can be applied in various markets such as public, corporate, and financial. Based on this, it plans to support customers to complete identity verification quickly and safely anytime and anywhere, and to process civil affairs or financial transactions.
Colgate CEO Lee Kang-min said, “Through this agreement, both companies will jointly discover new business opportunities and build a partnership that will lead the development of next-generation authentication, security, and payment solutions.” He added, “Through our collaboration with NexoneSoft, we will secure differentiated service competitiveness and provide customers with a safer and more reliable experience.”
