
Lunasoft-MBI Solution, a B2B AI customer consulting solution company, announced on the 9th that it was selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
The 'Small and Medium Enterprise Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project' is a government-led project aimed at promoting the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises and activating the domestic cloud market. This project is a program in which the government and cloud service providers cooperate to comprehensively support consulting, service fees, and conversion costs so that small and medium enterprises can newly introduce the cloud. Lunasoft-MBI Solution was selected as a supplier this year and will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises through its cloud-based customer response solution, 'Happy Talk (chatbot-chat consultation)' and 'AI ARS consultation call (phone consultation)'.
'Happy Talk' is an all-in-one chatbot-chat consultation solution that supports real-time customer response. It provides consultation automation and counselor response recommendation functions by utilizing AI chatbots with natural language conversation understanding capabilities. In addition, 'AI ARS Consultation Call' is an AI call center solution that combines AI-based technologies such as AI sentiment analysis, STT (Speech to Text), and TTS (Text to Speech) with the core functions of a call center such as ARS automatic response system, consultation recording, statistics, and notification talk sending. These solutions are equipped with a CS-specialized AI engine developed by Lunasoft-MBI Solution, helping even small and medium-sized businesses with insufficient counseling personnel to build a smart customer response environment based on AI.
