' Greeting ', a recruitment management solution operated by Dudlin Co., Ltd., announced on the 9th that it has been selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Project' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Cloud Service Voucher Project') hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) for the second consecutive year.
Greeting was selected as a supplier for the recruitment management solution (ATS) voucher business this time, and was also selected as a supplier for the cloud service voucher business. Through this business, Greeting will provide the recruitment management solution 'Greeting ATS' and the talent pool integrated management solution 'Greeting TRM' together to improve the recruitment process of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The 'Cloud Service Voucher Project' is a government-led project that supports small and medium-sized enterprises to utilize cloud services to promote digital transformation and improve management efficiency. The government and suppliers cooperate to support 80% of the cloud service usage cost for small and medium-sized enterprises. The number of demand companies participating in this year's project is 252 companies.
Greeting has been selected as a supplier for the second consecutive year, based on its experience providing recruitment and talent management solutions to over 7,000 companies for approximately 4 years. Supplier selection is made by comprehensively evaluating the company’s financial soundness, industry impact, cloud characteristics, and security.
Greeting ATS is a cloud service that efficiently manages the entire recruitment process, including recruitment homepage creation, integrated applicant management, real-time collaborative evaluation, interview schedule coordination, and recruitment data analysis dashboard. This shortens complex document work, provides a positive experience for applicants, and helps companies successfully recruit.
Greeting TRM is a solution that helps companies efficiently manage their talent pool and quickly recruit candidates who fit the company’s talent profile. It enables long-term talent relationship management by easily storing candidate information discovered through external channels using AI and managing communication history with candidates.
Through this project, Greeting will provide consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises that are unfamiliar with the introduction of cloud services. Through customized consultations that match the size and purpose of use of the company, it will support companies to smoothly use the services they need. Small and medium-sized enterprises that wish to introduce cloud services can apply as demand companies through the 'Cloud Service Support Portal' until 4:00 PM on April 18.
“Many small and medium-sized businesses still manage recruitment manually and are having difficulty establishing efficient recruitment strategies,” said Lee Tae-gyu, CEO of Greeting. “Through this voucher project, Greeting will serve as a recruitment partner that adds efficiency to the entire recruitment process for companies and helps establish data-based strategies.”
