S&I Corporation ( CEO Hyung Won-jun, hereinafter referred to as S&I), a comprehensive real estate management company based on PropTech, announced on the 8th that it has completed patent registration for the ‘mobile civil complaint management method and device’ function within the office life care solution ‘SANDI App.’

The patented 'mobile complaint management method and device' is characterized by the fact that when a building user reports a facility failure or inconvenience through the mobile 'Sandy app', the user's location information and the complaint are identified and the complaint is quickly resolved through an automatic response chat algorithm. In addition, it greatly increases user convenience by allowing the user to check the entire complaint management process from reporting to processing results in real time within the Sandy app.

Through this civil complaint management patent registration, SNI expects to further strengthen its differentiated building management capabilities by improving the convenience and reliability of building civil complaint reporting, including ▲improving the convenience of civil complaint reporting and processing, ▲increasing satisfaction with building use, ▲shortening the time required to report civil complaints, and ▲preventing omission of civil complaint reports.

In addition, SNI has also completed patent registration for the 'Emergency Evacuation Management Method and Device' function, which enables situational guidance and evacuation personnel management through the Sandy app in the event of an emergency within a building.

S&I officially launched the space management brand SANDI in 2023 and renewed the office life care solution 'Hi-Fine Apple', which was first introduced in the industry, into the 'SANDI App'. The SANDI App, with approximately 120,000 subscribers, provides smart and convenient customized services essential for office life, such as conference room reservations, office temperature and humidity and air quality control, and umbrella rental services.
