Senior care specialist company Caring (CEO Taeseong Kim) announced on the 8th that it opened ‘Caring Stay Pocheon Gwangneung Arboretum’, an urban paid nursing facility in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province.

Caring Stay is a premium senior residence that combines ‘residential facilities’ and ‘care services’ based on the know-how Caring has accumulated through operating the largest and most numerous nursing facilities in Korea for many years.

This Pocheon Gwangneung Arboretum branch is the second branch following the 'Lake Branch' that opened in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do in January, and Caring has established an additional base in northern Gyeonggi-do following southern Gyeonggi-do. The facility is adjacent to the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, making it easy to travel to Seoul, the metropolitan area, and the Chungcheong area. There are healing spots such as forest bathing areas and national arboretums nearby, so you can enjoy beautiful natural scenery all year round.

The Pocheon Gwangneung Arboretum is built on a total of six floors from the lobby to the rooftop. Inside the building, there are various convenient facilities that take into consideration the daily lives and health of the elderly, such as guest rooms, restaurants, and common living rooms, as well as a physical therapy room, fitness room, beauty room, and foot bath room.

In particular, we plan to support a safe and comfortable living environment through AI-based smart care services such as ▲health data management using Kakao Healthcare's blood sugar management solution 'Pasta' and ▲fall and departure prevention systems using intelligent CCTV AI cameras.

In addition, the facility provides a beauty-specific program utilizing the beauty device of the home aesthetic brand 'Celltrion' to the senior citizens living there, and also offers customized nursing and rehabilitation services such as △physical therapy according to individual physical function indicators and △GX exercise prescription functional recovery program.

Caring CEO Kim Tae-seong said, “Despite the rapid aging of the population, there is a severe lack of facilities that provide both quality care and housing,” and added, “As an industry leader, Caring will continue to set the standard for senior residences based on our accumulated operational experience and technological prowess.”

Meanwhile, Caring plans to open Caring Stays in Byeollae and Incheon within the year, and to commemorate the opening of the Pocheon Gwangneung Arboretum branch, a 'One Month Living Experience' promotion will be held so that customers can experience the best care service before making their choice.
