Maple Shop, Creator Membership, Community, Commission, and Sponsorship Functions Officially Open

Accelerating the growth of the creator economy, from fandom solidarity to revenue diversification
– Providing an environment for creative activities… Building a sustainable creator revenue structure
– Full-fledged fandom monetization system through membership, community, commission, and sponsorship linkage

Marpple.shop, Korea's largest creator commerce platform operated by Marpple Corporation (CEO Park Hye-yoon), has officially introduced new features to strengthen creators' fandom and diversify their revenue.

MapleShop officially launched four new features on April 7th: ‘Creator Membership’, ‘Community’, ‘Commission’, and ‘Sponsorship’.

With the introduction of this new feature, creators can strengthen their communication with their fandom while diversifying their revenue structure from their creative activities. In particular, they can create new revenue sources through subscription-based membership, sponsorship, and commission functions, and they can create an environment where they can strengthen their bond with fans based on their community.

The most notable feature, 'Creator Membership', is a service where creators can design and operate their own monthly subscription plans. Fans who sign up for membership can be provided with various special content such as ▲limited edition products ▲online and offline fan meeting tickets ▲exclusive discount benefits. Through this, creators can freely create customized memberships that reflect their own individuality and fandom characteristics.

Community functions have also been strengthened. Along with the opening of this function, MapleShop provides the creator-only community platform 'CIETY' for free. CIETY basically supports linking with membership, and if a creator includes community benefits in the membership plan and opens a community, fans who have signed up for the membership can use the secret bulletin board, 1:1 chat, and paid digital content (real-time live streaming, videos, etc.). In addition, a foundation has been established to collect fandom needs through communication with fans and reflect them in product planning and creative activities.

The 'commission' function that supports the creative activities of creators is also notable. It is a service that produces and provides customized creative works according to the requests of fans, and can build a new revenue model through various forms of commission work such as ▲caricatures ▲illustrations ▲music production ▲custom novels. In particular, the core value of this function is that it can provide high customer satisfaction through high-quality customized work, inducing repeat purchases and establishing a sustainable revenue structure.

A new 'Sponsorship' function is also provided. Creators can freely open sponsorship plans on various topics, and fans can choose the amount they want and sponsor with a message of support. Through this, a foundation has been established where creators and fans can create a positive influence together, such as ▲supporting creative activities ▲environmental protection campaigns ▲creating scholarships ▲holding exhibitions.

Park Hye-yoon, CEO of Maple Corporation, said, “With the introduction of this new feature, we have created an environment where creators can strengthen their relationships with fans and focus on creation through a stable revenue structure.” She added, “We will continue to support the growth of creators and build a creative ecosystem together with fans.”

Meanwhile, MapleShop is the largest creator commerce platform in Korea with over 90,000 creator shops in operation. In 2025, it recorded sales of 50.3 billion won, a 48% increase from the previous year, and is active as an official platform partner of YouTube Shopping.
