Decamp, Office Hours Held

Startup growth partner Decamp (CEO Park Young-hoon) will hold a professional mentoring program, ‘Office Hour’, at Decamp Seolleung for two days from April 29th to 30th.

This 'Office Hour' will be held with the sole theme of venture investment, and representative experts from 11 investment companies including CJ Investment, Plan H Ventures, Hyosung Ventures, and Hyundai Technology Investment will participate as mentors. In particular, for startups that are having difficulty finding investment opportunities due to the sluggish investment market, we plan to provide practical advice and connection opportunities through 1:1 individual meetups with investment companies.

In addition, financial support sessions involving the Technology Guarantee Fund, Credit Guarantee Fund, Small and Medium Business Administration, and Industrial Bank of Korea will be converted to a continuous application system to provide customized support information for each startup.

Decamp Office Hours is a professional mentoring program that has been held over 1,000 times since 2013. It has a high follow-up rate after the program through customized mentoring that fits each business rather than providing piecemeal and general insights with the best mentors in the investment field that are essential for startup growth. It also supports individual meetups between investors and startups, providing an opportunity to create mutually meaningful results from investment review to completion.

Participating investment firms review startup information in advance and directly select target companies. Mentoring is provided as practical advice tailored to each company, including ▲business diagnosis ▲investment attraction strategy ▲pitch direction, etc. Through this, it is expected to become a place of connection that can lead from investment review to actual success.

“Even in a situation where the investment market is shrinking, it can be an opportunity for prepared startups,” said Sae-rom Lim, head of the resource team at Decamp. “We hope to see a lot of interest from startups that want to have their businesses reviewed from the perspective of investors.”

You can apply for this 'Office Hour' through the official Decamp website until April 16th.

Meanwhile, Office Hour, which took place from April 1 to 3, resulted in a total of 105 matches. In the business cooperation session, Toss, KB Financial Group, IBK Industrial Bank, Shinhan Card, Kakao Bank, etc. participated and examined the possibility of business cooperation between startups. In the venture investment session, Shinhan Venture Investment, BNK Venture Investment, KB Investment, Korea Development Bank, etc. reviewed the possibility of attracting investment for startups, and in the government support session, the Technology Guarantee Fund, Credit Guarantee Fund, and Small and Medium Business Administration provided customized funding information for each startup.
