Ola Fintech, which operates the shopping mall integrated settlement service 'Ola', has opened a new function called 'Settlement Calendar'. This function is designed to provide different settlement dates and amounts for each shopping mall in calendar format, allowing e-commerce sellers to organize their financial schedules at a glance.
Currently, settlement data from five shopping malls including Coupang 3, Smart Store, and Ablely can be linked, and the amount of pre-settlement received and the amount to be paid can be checked through Ola. In addition, ▲real-time confirmation and automatic notification via KakaoTalk when settlement payment is on hold ▲expense item entry functions such as rent and labor costs are also provided. Through this, sellers can check the settlement amount and major expenditure details coming from various shopping malls together and grasp the actual cash flow at a glance.
This new feature can be used for free by sellers who do not use pre-payments, simply by linking their shopping mall accounts. Regardless of whether or not they require pre-payments, Ola supports more sellers to manage their cash flow efficiently, and is receiving positive reviews in terms of practicality and scalability as a cash management platform.
An official from Olleh Fintech said, “Settlement management is a core task for sellers’ financial strategy, but there was a lack of tools that could easily manage it,” and “The settlement calendar is the first function to help sellers view and plan the flow of funds at a glance, and we will continue to introduce practical functions that reduce the burden of operation so that sellers can focus on their business.”
