Neezpersand Co., Ltd. and Punkvism Co., Ltd. announced that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly promote the expansion of global NFT content culture and the establishment of a game-pie ecosystem.
Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate with the goal of enhancing the NFT marketplace and activating the blockchain game ecosystem. The two companies plan to promote the development of the NFT platform through domestic and international NFT content research and development (R&D) and strengthening governance, and to cooperate with each other for the marketing of the GameFi platform and the construction of a global network.
In addition, the two companies plan to build a game broadcasting platform within the messenger and a swap pool within the Tomatok staking pool. Through this, they plan to design a token exchange function based on Solana to provide users with more expanded services.
Tomatok, a blockchain DeFi messenger service provided by Needspersand Co., Ltd., provides real-time translation chat services, free calls, and video call functions in over 120 countries. In addition, users can use various convenient app services based on blockchain technology, such as cryptocurrency asset management and chat services, through its own game service and introduction of blockchain games. It is planned to add AI functions in the future, and plans to provide useful services to more global users.
With this MOU, both companies have taken an important first step toward expanding the NFT and GameFi ecosystem, and plan to expand their presence in the global market through further strengthened cooperation in the future.
