Freefins, a rental conversion (RX) specialist company, announced on the 4th that it has signed a 'rental finance partnership' with Thundercrew, an electric two-wheeled vehicle delivery subscription startup.
Thundercrew is a mobility company that provides eco-friendly electric motorcycles to delivery riders as a replacement for internal combustion engine motorcycles, one of the causes of air pollution and noise pollution in urban areas, through subscription services such as leasing and rental without any initial cost burden.
Through this partnership, Freefins plans to provide Thundercrew with financial services for expanding its electric motorcycle leasing and rental business, including asset-backed lending (ABL) and accounts receivable factoring.
In addition, Freefins is developing an urban logistics mobility subscription solution specializing in electric bike rental and inventory asset management. This solution can manage tasks such as lease/rental electronic contracts and tax invoice processing, cost reduction of goods through joint purchases, and disposal/exchange of idle assets on a single platform, thereby increasing operational efficiency for practitioners.
