Inspien selected as supplier for '2025 SME Cloud Service Voucher Project'

Inspien , a cloud EDI (electronic data interchange) specialist, announced on the 4th that it was selected as a supplier for the '2025 SME Cloud Service Voucher Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).

The 'Small and Medium Business Cloud Service Voucher Project' is a program in which the government supports up to 75% of service costs so that small and medium businesses can introduce cloud services that fit their work environment and achieve digital transformation. This year, up to 10 million won can be supported based on introduction and operating costs, or up to 80 million won in case of intensive support. Supply companies also bear 5-10%, and demand companies only have to bear 20% to use the service.

The application period for companies in demand for the 2025 'Small and Medium Enterprise Cloud Service Voucher Project' is from Friday, April 4 to Friday, April 18 at 4:00 PM, and applications can be submitted through the Cloud Support Portal.

With this selection as a supplier, Inspien will provide its 'CloudEDI' and 'CloudEDI-Conversion Service' to the demand company. This service is a cloud-based EDI platform that can automatically exchange electronic documents (purchases, delivery notes, tax invoices, etc.) between companies, and can be used on a web basis without purchasing H/W or S/W. In addition, it supports global standards, making it easy to link data with domestic and foreign companies.

In particular, 'CloudEDI' can automate tasks such as ordering, logistics, and settlement by linking with ERP, accounting, and sales systems, thereby increasing work efficiency and greatly helping to reduce labor and operating costs. For small and medium-sized businesses that did not have their own systems and were processing work manually, this service is suitable as the first step to digital transformation.

An Inspian official said, “Many small and medium-sized businesses are still exchanging documents manually or via email, which results in errors and wasted time,” and added, “‘CloudEDI’ is a SaaS-based service that can be quickly introduced without having to build separate equipment or systems, and will be the optimal choice for small and medium-sized businesses.”
