Mayai Launches ‘Mash Insight’, a Conversational AI Agent That Helps Analyze Visitors

– Analyze and summarize store visitor data to derive key insights that help improve operational performance

-Enterprise-grade security system, strong encryption policy to protect data and minimize information errors

– In the future, we plan to add an ‘automatic report generation function’ to automatically collate and analyze data.

Image processing AI startup mAsh (CEO Chan-gyu Kim) announced on the 3rd that it has added the conversational AI agent 'mAsh Insights' function to its visitor data analysis solution 'mAsh' to improve user experience and maximize efficiency.

MASH is a solution that precisely analyzes store CCTV footage based on its own deep learning technology, seamlessly tracks the movement of visitors, measures and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visit and purchase conversion rates, and further suggests directions for achieving and improving KPIs.

Mayai is launching 'Mash Insight', a conversational AI solution that combines the visitor data analysis function of Mash with a large language model (LLM), to increase data accessibility for companies and support strategic decision-making. Users can click the 'AI Analysis Function' button on Mash's web dashboard 'Mash Board', select the required indicators, and enter questions that fit the purpose to receive accurate answers.

In particular, information errors can be minimized by utilizing AWS's fully managed service 'Amazon Bedrock', which has an enterprise-grade security system and strong encryption technology. Mesh Insight preprocesses visitor data through questions sent by users, selects and protects sensitive information, and then delivers reliable answers using its own developed inference algorithm.

In addition, it provides real-time high-dimensional information based on a high level of understanding of offline stores and natural language processing technology, and suggests strategies that can be applied directly to practical work such as marketing and operations. In addition, it helps optimize store operations and increase performance through in-depth analysis items such as causal relationship analysis with external variables such as weather, events, and commercial districts, and management indicator prediction.

MayI plans to expand cooperation with clients in the future, continuously improve the inference algorithm, and introduce an ‘automatic report generation function’ that automatically collects and analyzes visitor data, thereby reducing the burden of data analysis and report writing and enhancing work efficiency.

Lee Sang-woo, product team lead, said, “Mash Insight is the result of combining the latest AI technology with the data analysis know-how that MayI has accumulated over a long period of time,” and “We plan to develop it into an AI agent that deeply reflects the work environment and expertise of business practitioners and suggests customized implementation plans that can be immediately applied in the field.”
