
Global service company 'Qroad' (CEO Gil Ho-woong) announced on the 3rd that it has hired former Crabers Vice President 'Seo Jong-hyun' as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The new CFO, Seo Jong-hyun, graduated from Seoul National University's Department of Business Administration and is a financial expert with extensive experience in auditing accounting for major domestic financial companies, establishing internal management systems for companies, and conducting corporate integration work (PMI) at Samil Accounting Corporation.
In particular, CFO Seo is a person who has experience in business strategy and future strategy work in addition to management at KOSDAQ-listed companies, and is expected to play an important role in securing future growth engines as well as overall management of Qroad.
A Qroad official said, “With the hiring of CFO Seo Jong-hyun, we will further strengthen our corporate business management capabilities, and this will be another year of growth based on Qroad’s 10 years of know-how.”
Meanwhile, Qroad is a company that carries out business across the entire digital content service spectrum, including marketing, QA, operation, translation, video production, and software production in the areas of 'games' and 'digital platforms', and has branches in the Philippines, Gwangju, and Busan.
