OpsNow Signs Business Agreement with ZeroOneRepublic

OpsNow, a company specializing in AI-based multi-cloud management platforms, announced on the 2nd that it has signed a business agreement with ZeroOneRepublic, the operator of SaaS management solution 'Skodi', to jointly develop and commercialize a cloud integrated management solution.

Under this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop a new cloud integrated management solution that supports cloud cost reduction and operational optimization for corporate customers by combining OpsNow’s cloud management platform (CMP) technology and AI automation capabilities with ZeroOneRepublic’s SaaS management solution, ‘Skodi.’ In addition, the two companies plan to utilize each company’s professional manpower and technology to promote commercialization and provide a more efficient cloud operating environment.

Yong-Hyeon Kim, CEO of ZeroOneRepublic, said, “Through this agreement, we will support the construction of a more systematic and efficient SaaS and cloud operating environment by combining OpsNow’s cloud cost optimization technology and Skodi’s SaaS management automation technology,” and “We will continue to actively cooperate so that corporate customers can operate SaaS and cloud optimally.”
