Nutzy Healthcare subsidiary 'Dain' acquires Trost

Nutzy Healthcare Co., Ltd. announced on the 2nd that its subsidiary ‘Dain’ acquired ‘Trost’, a mental healthcare platform of Humart Company.

Through this acquisition, Nutzy Healthcare Co., Ltd. has secured Trost following the acquisition of Dain last year, thereby establishing the strongest mental health portfolio in Korea. Accordingly, Nutzy Healthcare Co., Ltd. has officially launched the B2B and B2C integrated mental care platform, Nutzy EAP, and solidified its leadership in the field of mental health care as well as physical health.

Trost is the first platform in Korea to establish non-face-to-face psychological counseling. Through paid and free psychological solutions, it provides customized solutions to a wide range of users, from those suffering from mild depression or anxiety, to those in need of professional psychological treatment, and to those with chronic diseases requiring long-term management.

Trost supports various mental health management solutions such as non-face-to-face psychological counseling, self-care programs, AI chatbots, and psychiatric and drug information provision on a single platform, and is the first in the industry to introduce a data-based AI solution, enabling more efficient mental care.

With this acquisition, the Trost service has also been integrated into Cashwalk, a health management app of Nutzy Healthcare Co., Ltd. Users can check various mental health conditions such as depression tests, self-esteem tests, and MBTI depression tests through the Trost icon in the Cashwalk app, and can also receive services that help with mental and physical stability such as sound, sleep music, famous quotes, famous lines, and audiobook content. In addition, the community function provides users with an opportunity to share and communicate opinions about mental health.

A representative of Humart Company said, “Although interest in mental health is increasing, the rate of receiving professional help is still low,” and added, “We expect that together with Nutzy Healthcare, we will be able to lower the threshold for mental health management for more people and support them to receive help more easily and conveniently.”

“Following last year’s acquisition of ‘Dain’ and this year’s acquisition of ‘Trost’, we expect strong synergy in the mental healthcare sector,” said Park Jeong-shin, CEO of Nutzy Healthcare. “We will provide various psychological solutions encompassing B2B and B2C in an easier and more convenient way to help users lead healthy daily lives.”
