AI autonomous driving patrol robot specialist Dogu Space announced on the 2nd that it was selected as a provider for the 2025 Tourism Enterprise Innovation Voucher Support Project hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization.
The Tourism Enterprise Innovation Voucher Support Project is a project that provides tourism enterprise-specific technologies and services in the form of vouchers, and is a program that supports new technologies provided by suppliers to contribute to the innovation of tourism enterprises. Tool Space will participate in this project as a supplier in the field of ‘introduction of new technology-based solutions’ and will provide a guide and docent robot solution based on LLM (large-scale language model).
'Iroi' and 'Robze', indoor patrol robots in the tool space, have been used as guide and docent robots in public places with large touch displays, high-sensitivity microphones, and speakers. In this project, we plan to provide solutions to tourism companies using 'Robze S4', a modular AI patrol robot specialized in guide and docent functions. The Robze S4 is equipped with an on-device LLM solution and high-performance microphone and speakers, enabling everyday conversations and providing specific information at tourist sites.
Tool Space has the technology to provide security and patrol systems using AI autonomous driving and remote control technology. Beyond simple guidance, it can also provide robot solutions for cultural property protection and tourist site patrols. This technology has the advantage of being able to perform safety patrols, especially in areas with a lot of tourists, even at night, and can support the operation of tourist sites more effectively by analyzing real-time data.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity for AI-based patrol robots to contribute to the tourism industry,” said a tool space official. “Through this project, we expect to be able to confirm the diverse expandability of patrol robots and suggest new utilization models within the tourism industry.”
