Saramin announced on the 2nd that it was selected as a supplier for the '2025 Recruitment Management Solution (ATS·Applicant Tracking System) Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
This recruitment management solution support project is a project that is being carried out to help small and medium-sized enterprises operate a fair and efficient recruitment process while complying with recruitment-related laws. During the project period, 80% (up to 400,000 won) of the service usage fee for one year is supported for small and medium-sized enterprises that use Saramin's recruitment management solution 'Rivers'. This support project is targeted at 4,000 companies.
'Reverse' is a one-stop solution that can manage all recruitment procedures from posting job advertisements to document review, interviews, evaluations, and announcements of successful candidates. Saramin maximizes the efficiency of the recruitment process by providing various functions required by recruiters based on many years of experience in operating recruitment platforms. Reverse can manage advertisements and candidates posted on various recruitment platforms in one place, and can be linked with various recruitment platforms such as Saramin, Rallyt, and Jobbrain. It also reduces the time and cost of recruitment through additional functions such as real-time collaborative evaluation, interview scheduling, no-code recruitment homepage creation, and recruitment data analysis, and helps establish talent acquisition strategies. It also protects the personal information of candidates through the sensitive information editing function.
Saramin plans to maximize recruitment efficiency by additionally providing some of Saramin's services to reverse-using companies.
Companies wishing to introduce Reverse can apply through the Korea Productivity Association website until October 31, and selected companies will receive 80% (up to 400,000 won) of the annual fee after a 14-day free trial. However, they must not have used Reverse or the selected platform company’s paid service or Goyong24 (including Worknet) referral service in the 12 months prior to the application date, and must be registered with Goyong24 as of the application date.
A Saramin official said, “Compared to large corporations or mid-sized companies, small and medium-sized companies are having difficulty securing fairness in hiring and recruiting talent because they are unable to systematically operate their hiring processes,” and added, “Through this support project, we will help small and medium-sized companies recruit excellent talent and grow more easily.”
