Letser attracts investment from Stonebridge Ventures and KB Investment

Letsur (CEO: Kyuhyun Shim), a business AI transformation partner, announced on the 2nd that it has attracted Pre-A investment to strengthen its AI operation management capabilities and accelerate its conquest of the enterprise AI market. Existing investor Stonebridge Ventures and new investor KB Investment participated as joint leads in this investment, and the investment amount is undisclosed.

Letser has successfully supported the introduction of AI to more than 100 companies in various industries, centered around the AI operation management platform 'Staix', which is a complete reorganization and advancement of the existing 'LAMP'. Staix is a platform designed to enable organizations that handle large amounts of data and complex processes to stably operate and maintain AI without professional developers. It can respond to large amounts of traffic, supports continuous performance maintenance after introduction, and significantly lowers the technical and cost barriers that companies face in the process of introducing and operating AI.

Letser's core competitiveness lies in a collaborative model that focuses on long-term operation management and continuous performance improvement, rather than a one-time solution. After introducing AI, companies face difficulties in practical use due to issues such as lack of personnel and increased maintenance costs, but Letser's operation management service enables stable AI service operation while reducing costs by more than 70% without AI experts. In addition, through 'Able Campus', you can increase the AI utilization capacity within your organization and continue to benefit from the latest AI technology through continuous service updates.

Based on this, Letser achieved a sales growth of over 200% year-on-year and acquired a cumulative 150 customers last year. By securing a diverse customer base ranging from startups to large corporations, it achieved a high customer retention rate of over 70%, and in the first quarter of this year, it already achieved a contract amount that exceeded last year's annual sales.

Existing investor Stonebridge Ventures, which took note of this rapid growth, highly evaluated Letser’s technological prowess and market-proven business model and made a follow-up investment. New investor KB Investment also participated in this investment, paying attention to high customer retention and the growth potential of the AI operations management market. In particular, the two companies cited ▲highly effective AI operations management service ▲high customer retention rate ▲establishment of a long-term collaboration structure ▲possibility of business expansion using AI expertise as Letser’s core competitiveness.

Letser plans to further strengthen its position as an AI operation management specialist based on this investment. The secured funds will be invested in ▲ expanding the customer support organization ▲ strengthening the linkage between AI services ▲ hiring additional AI consultants, etc. In particular, within the second quarter of this year, it plans to significantly expand the service advancement that can substantially improve the business of companies and the hiring of AI consultants, and expand its business areas to various industries such as finance, manufacturing, and distribution.

“As AI technology is rapidly developing, the biggest challenge companies face is moving from simple AI adoption to continuous operation and management,” said Sang-rok Shin, Senior Manager at Stonebridge Ventures. “We decided to make a follow-up investment because Letser has sufficient competitiveness in the AI operation management market, with its proven technological prowess and high customer retention rate from major domestic companies.”

Letser CEO Shim Gyu-hyun said, “The most difficult part for companies when introducing AI is continuous operation and performance maintenance,” and added, “Letser will establish itself as a stable and trustworthy partner throughout the entire AI life cycle of companies by providing an integrated solution that takes responsibility for all stages from construction to operation and education.”
