Crowdworks Named an Emerging Specialist in Gartner's 'GenAI Engineering' Sector

AI tech company Crowdworks announced on the 1st that it was listed as an 'Emerging Specialist' in the 'Generative AI Engineering' category in the 'Innovation Guide for Generative AI Technologies' report published by global IT research company Gartner on the 24th.

In this report, Gartner categorized the AI technology market into four sub-markets: ▲GenAI specialized cloud infrastructure, ▲GenAI model suppliers, ▲GenAI engineering, and ▲AI knowledge management and productivity improvement. Among them, Crowdworks attracted attention by being selected as an Emerging Specialist company in the GenAI engineering sector along with global software consulting firm Thoughtworks and NASDAQ-listed company Innodata.

GenAI engineering refers to the overall technology and operation for effectively applying generative AI to real business environments. Crowdworks provides AI integrated construction services that include selecting various foundation models according to the purpose, advanced prompt design using RAG, CoT, etc., fine-tuning, LLMOps, AI evaluation, and verification, and supports technology for stable and effective generative AI introduction.

Crowdworks has been named in Gartner's report for four consecutive years, including this achievement, and is solidifying its position in the AI technology ecosystem. After being selected as a representative company in the 'Data Labeling and Processing' sector for two consecutive years from 2022, it has been evaluated as a generative AI technology supplier since 2024, proving the results of expanding its business area.
