H2O Hospitality Provides Smart Check-in Solution to Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel

Global hospitality tech company H2O Hospitality (CEO Woonghee Lee, hereinafter referred to as H2O) announced on the 31st that it has signed a digital transformation (DX) contract to supply a smart check-in solution to the Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Dubai.

The Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel is operated by Westminster Holidays, a group that operates a total of 16 hotels around the world, including in the US, UK, Egypt and Dubai. This contract is considered a meaningful achievement in H2O's global business expansion.

The hotel is connected to the Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination, and is located in Downtown Dubai adjacent to the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, offering unrivalled views of the Burj Khalifa from the rooms.

H2O will provide a smart check-in solution to the Westminster Dubai Mall Hotel through this contract. Hotel guests can easily register their information for check-in and sign up for membership before arriving at the hotel using their smartphones without installing a separate application. The guest experience is improved as they can simply receive a pre-prepared room key and go to their room without having to wait long at the front desk.

From the hotel's perspective, the congestion at the front desk will be reduced, work efficiency will increase, and the smart check-in process can provide various upselling functions such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, and package promotions, which can even lead to increased additional sales.
