BHSN (BHSN, CEO Jeong-geun Lim), which operates the legal AI solution 'allibee', announced on the 27th that it has launched 'Allibee Contract Management Solution Core (CLM Core),' a lightweight version of the subscription service that contains only the core functions of the contract management solution (CLM).
'Allybee CLM Core' is characterized by selecting and configuring essential functions such as contract writing, AI-based contract review, electronic signature, and contract storage, reflecting the market demand for various forms of contract management along with cost reduction in solution operation and maintenance for small or medium-sized companies.
Contracts can be written using templates reviewed by legal experts or modified to suit the company's situation. In addition, if you upload a contract that you own or received from an outside source, the legal AI will automatically review the main contents. Completed contracts can be immediately signed with an electronic signature that has legal effect, and the signed copy is safely stored and managed in a secure environment certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
With this core launch, 'AI Contract Review', a representative function of Allybee, is also provided in a separate subscription form. By providing a unique function that was previously only available within the contract management solution to users who only need contract review, we have increased the convenience of practitioners such as professional lawyers, contract managers, and legal teams.
In addition, the company plans to sequentially introduce various subscription models for each function, such as launching a subscription service for the 'automatic contract writing' function based on its own legal specialized LLM (large language model) within the third quarter of this year.

Meanwhile, BHSN's Allybee has been introduced to major companies such as CJ CheilJedang, Aekyung Chemical, and Hanwha Solutions, and has proven its effectiveness by reducing the contract review time, which used to take about 180 minutes per case, by an average of 67%.
