Solana Super Team Korea to Hold 'Seoul Lana Hackathon 2025'

Solana Super Team Korea announced on the 31st that it will hold 'Seoulana Hackathon 2025'.

This event is the first official hackathon held in Korea and will be held in Seoul from April 4 to 6. Hackathon is a combination of the words hacking and marathon, and is a competition to generate ideas and complete business models within a limited time.

This hackathon will be held in six tracks: ▲General ▲Node Consensus Network (NCN) ▲Liquid Staking Innovation ▲Multichain ▲Solana Finfra Challenge ▲Bitcoin on Solana.

Participants will develop various projects based on the Solana blockchain, including DApps, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, infrastructure tools, and consumer services, and the total prize pool is $97,000 (approximately KRW 140 million).

Anyone interested in Web3, including front-end and back-end developers, blockchain developers, designers, and project managers (PMs), can participate, and applications for participation can be made on the official Seoul Lana website.

The judging will be conducted by a professional judging panel comprised of global leaders leading the Solana ecosystem, including Zeus Network, Wormhole, and SonicSVM. Participants will receive technical mentoring and various support during the event. Outstanding projects will have the opportunity to participate in investment review and acceleration programs by the Solana Foundation and Super Team Korea.

Lee Seong-san, the lead of Superteam Korea, said, “The Seoul Lana Hackathon is an important turning point for the expansion of the Solana ecosystem into the Korean market,” and added, “We expect that collaboration between excellent Korean developers and global projects will lead to the creation of practical innovative cases in the Web3 field.”
