
Through the 46th Business Restructuring Plan Review Committee held by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy from March 17 to 25 (in Seomyeon), 15 companies supported by Seoul Technopark (Director Jong-wook Yoon, hereinafter referred to as Seoul TP) received approval for their business restructuring plans.
The 15 companies that received approval for business restructuring with the support of Seoul TP are Green Base Co., Ltd., Living Care Co., Ltd., SJ Tech Co., Ltd., Luft Care Co., Ltd., PK Tech System Co., Ltd., Elmode Tech Co., Ltd., Myungsung Technology Co., Ltd., JMS Co., Ltd., Kachap Co., Ltd., Tensoft Works Co., Ltd., Ever Information Technology Co., Ltd., Blue Eye Co., Ltd., Infovalley Korea Co., Ltd., Central Disaster Prevention Management Center Co., Ltd., and Ilshin Chemical Co., Ltd., and they plan to invest approximately 70 billion won and hire 511 new people in the fields of artificial intelligence, bio/health, energy/environment, and secondary batteries over the next five years.
Seoul TP, which has been operating as a business restructuring partnership agency since 2021, has supported a total of 117 companies to obtain approval for their business restructuring plans.
Seoul TP Director Jong-wook Yoon said, “A company that received approval for a business restructuring plan through Seoul TP in 2022 was listed on KOSDAQ this year. This shows that preemptive business restructuring is effective in strengthening the industrial ecosystem. We will actively support more companies in both material and spiritual ways so that they can maximize their growth potential through business restructuring in the future.”
