
Orderhero , an integrated food distribution platform, announced that it is aggressively recruiting distribution partners and will select 10 ‘star partners’ starting this April to actively support sales growth and new market development. This project aims to grow together with distribution partners and provides various customized programs to strengthen the cooperative ecosystem.
Orderhero, which currently has a total of 71 comprehensive and specialized partners, provides customized marketing strategies and onboarding promotions tailored to the characteristics of the industry for 10 companies selected through the 'Star Partner Training Program'. In particular, it supports order management solutions and data-based sales strategies to help each partner quickly settle into the market, thereby helping partners maximize their sales. In addition, it provides partners with immediate payment methods using the Orderhero platform to help increase transaction efficiency and reduce receivables issues.
“This program aims to go beyond simply increasing the number of partners, and to strengthen the cooperative ecosystem with our partners,” said Koo Chang-wan, team leader of Orderhero’s product planning team. “We will do our best to help our partners achieve sustainable growth and create new market opportunities.”
In particular, OrderHero utilizes a marketing automation system to support customized marketing strategy design for each partner, product recommendations through purchase pattern analysis, and transaction stability through immediate payment. In addition, OrderHero also provides a smart lead management system that analyzes the order cycle of each customer within the platform and suggests the optimal sales point.
Through this 'Star Partner Training Program', Orderhero aims to digitize the food distribution ecosystem based on close collaboration with partners. In order to achieve continuous sales growth for partners, it provides marketing automation solutions targeting high-value customers and helps design and operate customized campaigns. Through this, partners are expected to increase customer retention and achieve better sales performance.
