Channel Corporation (CEO Choi Si-won) announced on the 27th that after Andar (CEO Kim Cheol-woong and Gong Seong-ah), a leading technical athleisure brand, introduced AI agent 'ALF' to its own mall, the AI consultation resolution rate reached approximately 61%.

In order to efficiently handle simple and repetitive inquiries that increase rapidly during certain seasons and to respond quickly to customer requests, Andar introduced Channel Talk to its own mall in May of last year. Afterwards, it additionally applied the AI agent 'Alp' to provide consistent and detailed product information to customers.

The Andar CX team utilized the ‘Workflow’ function of Channel Talk to segment the response system by consultation type and set up Alf to directly answer frequent customer inquiries such as delivery and exchange. Workflow is a no-code consultation management tool that allows for detailed consultation scenario design for each situation.

As a result, as of January 2025, the percentage of consultations completed without connecting to a counselor by Alp reached 61%. Andar plans to expand the consultation environment where customers can quickly resolve their inquiries by enhancing the 'command' function that provides the actions necessary for processing consultations.
