Dudlin 'Greeting ATS' selected as supplier of 2025 recruitment management solution support project

Dudlin Co., Ltd. announced on the 27th that its recruitment management solution 'Greeting ATS' was selected as a supplier for the '2025 Recruitment Management Solution Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. This support project was implemented to support domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to establish a systematic recruitment process, quickly resolve manpower shortages, and achieve successful recruitment.

The government selected two companies as suppliers for the recruitment management solution (ATS) support project, and Greeting ATS was selected as one of them. Small and medium-sized enterprises that have not used Greeting ATS for a fee can receive support of up to 80% (up to 400,000 won) of the annual usage fee. The government plans to support the introduction of ATS by up to 4,000 small and medium-sized enterprises through this project.

Along with this support project, Greetings also provides a 'Recruitment Branding Support Program' that creates customized recruitment homepages for small and medium-sized businesses that do not have recruitment homepages. This is a program where professional consultants who have created recruitment homepages for about 200 companies create recruitment homepages for each company, reflecting the latest trends.

Small and medium-sized enterprises wishing to introduce Greeting ATS should submit application documents to the Korea Productivity Association by October 31. Selected companies can introduce Greeting ATS after a 14-day free trial period and receive support of 80% (up to 400,000 won) of the annual usage fee.

Lee Tae-gyu, CEO of Greeting, said, “Many small and medium-sized companies still manage applicants manually, spending considerable time coordinating interview schedules and informing of recruitment results. They also have difficulty complying with the law because they are not fully familiar with the recruitment process. Through this support project, we will actively support small and medium-sized companies to lower the threshold for introducing ATS and build a more systematic recruitment environment so that they can successfully recruit.”
