Ganong Bio wins the International Excellence in Taste Award at the '2025 ITI International Food and Beverage Competition'

Ganong Bio (CEO Jaeheung Yoo) announced that a total of four products won the Superior Taste Award at the '2025 ITI International Food and Beverage Awards'.

The International Taste Institute (ITI), a global food and beverage evaluation organization that has been evaluating food and beverage products around the world since 2005, hosts the International Taste Institute (ITI). At this evaluation, a panel of approximately 200 expert taste makers, including Michelin chefs, comprehensively evaluate six categories in total: first impression, sight, smell, taste, texture, and sensory characteristics of the submitted products through a blind evaluation.

The four submitted Ganong Bio products received a total score of over 70% in a total of five evaluation items, including taste, aroma, and texture, and earned all grades from the highest grade of 3 stars to 1 star.

The 'Ganong 1+ Grade Special Egg', which received 3 stars, recorded a total score of 91.6% in the taste analysis. The most notable features of this product are that it does not have the characteristic gamey smell of eggs and has a rich yolk, and the chickens are raised cleanly in a smart farm and comply with the 4-Free standards (no antibiotics, no pesticides, no pesticides, and no-laying promoters). The 'Ganong 1+ Grade Vitamin Half-boiled Egg', which also received 3 stars, is a very popular product on Coupang. It is characterized by moist and not salty eggs that are evenly cooked using ultrasonic salt aging after being fed vitamin feed to enhance vitamins.

Yoo Hee-sun, head of the marketing division of Ganong Bio, said, “Ganong will continue to strive to create products that are excellent in all aspects, including taste and nutrition, that match the results of evaluations at international competitions, and we plan to introduce a variety of products to become a brand that can be recognized by more customers.”
