
Garmin , a powerhouse in the smart device market, will be participating in the '2025 Seoul International Sports and Leisure Industry Exhibition (SPOEX 2025)' held at COEX in Seoul from the 27th to the 30th.
SPOEX is the largest domestic and one of the top three sports leisure industry exhibitions in Asia. This year, approximately 350 sports-related companies in health and fitness, sports equipment, outdoor, bicycles, and water and water sports will participate. Garmin will set up an exhibition space under the brand slogan, “Beat Yesterday,” and share Garmin’s innovative technology and challenging spirit that overcomes limitations with visitors.
At this exhibition, Garmin will showcase its diverse product lineup, including its latest products released this year, the 'Instinct 3', the 'Descent G2' diving computer, the 'Tactix 8' tactical smartwatch, and the 'Approach S50' golf smartwatch, as well as the 'Forerunner Series', a must-have item for runners, the 'fēnix 8' outdoor multisport watch, the 'Edge' cycling computer, the Venu 3 wellness smartwatch, and the 'MARQ' luxury smartwatch. In addition, it has prepared experiential zone programs such as Tacx Virtual Riding, Smart Fitness, Running Science, and Health Science, so that visitors can experience Garmin's smart wearable technology firsthand.
There are also various events planned. If you collect three or more experience stamps that can be received by experiencing devices equipped with Garmin's smart wearable technology in the experience zone, you will have the opportunity to participate in the 'Roulette Event', and the winners of the event will receive prizes such as an Instinct 3, Forerunner 55, and a Garmin backpack.
Meanwhile, along with its participation in SpoX, Garmin will hold the Garmin Ambassador Workshop, 'Beat Yesterday Experience Workshop' at Gavin Art Hall on the 27th. This workshop is a place to learn in depth about the data-based sports science of Garmin products and share how it can be utilized in real life. The workshop will be attended by about 30 representative influencers from various sports fields such as cycling, running, outdoor, and diving, including Garmin brand ambassador and influencer Hong Beom-seok.
The workshop will begin with a morning running session at Daechiyusuji, followed by a Garmin Sports Science lecture and an influencer experience sharing session. Participants will have the opportunity to experience and learn firsthand about the Garmin ecosystem and Garmin Connect’s health monitoring and data analysis capabilities. After the workshop, participants will move to the SpoX Garmin booth to experience various Garmin products.
