
AI retail tech company Deeping Source (CEO Taehoon Kim) and intelligent smart factory solution company Sizzle (CEO Jihyun Lee) signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) at Deeping Source’s headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 24th.
The main contents of this agreement are ▲Cooperation in developing solutions and services ▲Introduction of potential customers and partners for solution sales ▲Cooperation in business linkage and development when promoting joint projects such as SI projects ▲Cooperation in joint participation in new projects and feasibility studies, etc. Through this, the two companies plan to secure a new growth engine in 2025 with a new solution that breaks down the boundaries between smart retail and smart factories.
Dipping Source is a retail tech company with its own technology that enables real-time AI analysis without compromising personal information. In particular, it specializes in increasing store operation efficiency by analyzing in-store customer movement and products of interest through the 'PLUS INSIGHT' solution. It has been recognized for its technological prowess through collaborations with major domestic companies such as Lotte World and CU, and is also expanding its performance in the Japanese and North American markets.
Sizzle is an intelligent smart factory solution company that collects and analyzes manufacturing process data through its own developed PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and helps optimize the manufacturing process based on this. It has recorded high growth of over 200% in average annual sales by collecting and analyzing data from various facilities and recently succeeded in attracting 23.7 billion won in investment with the goal of listing on KOSDAQ in 2025.
