Space Bank, selected as 6th Global Entrepreneurship Academy by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups

Space Bank (CEO Wonhee Lee) , an AIDX (Intelligent Digital Transformation) specialized company, announced on the 21st that it was finally selected for the 6th Global Startup Academy hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as the MSS).

The Global Startup Academy is a program that provides comprehensive support to startups in new industries with high global scalability and new gaps, so that they can grow into unicorn companies. It provides innovative startups with essential support for overseas expansion, laying the foundation for successful global expansion.

Spacebank is an AIDX specialized IT company that develops and supplies AI solutions and leads the automation of tasks in various industrial fields. Its representative solution, 'AIoT Wright', supports heterogeneous sensor integration control functions, providing an efficient integrated control solution on a single platform.

Spacebank established a corporation in Indonesia at the end of 2024, and plans to fully expand into the global market with this selection as a global startup school. Indonesia is a large market with a population of over 280 million, and in particular, the MZ generation is the main consumer group, providing a favorable environment in the IT and digital service market. It also has the largest e-commerce market in Southeast Asia, and is growing rapidly in various IT fields such as fintech, super apps, and cloud services. Spacebank plans to secure competitiveness through the Indonesian corporation based on this opportunity and establish a bridgehead for full-scale global advancement.

Through this selection, Spacebank will receive support from the 'Global 5G Program' and will receive various benefits such as commercialization support funds, mentoring, and investment attraction. In addition, it was selected for the Startup Growth Technology Development Project (TIPS) hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Angel Investment Association, and is accelerating the digital transformation of the public and private sectors through an LLM-based control solution that combines AI models.
