S&I Corporation ( CEO Hyung Won-jun, hereinafter referred to as S&I), a comprehensive real estate management company based on PropTech, announced on the 24th that it has completed the design and construction of Magok Camp, the third branch of 'Flag One', a premium shared office brand operated by LG Group.
'Flag One' Magok Camp is a shared office located in the core commercial area of Magok, Gangseo-gu, one of the four major business districts in Seoul. It is characterized by being designed as a creative platform where employees of the tenant companies can organically communicate and cooperate.
To this end, the main camp, a lounge within the office, was designed to resemble the Botanic Park, an ecological nature park symbolizing Magok, so that the flow of nature and the experience of staying in a park in the city can be felt throughout the space. In particular, the various movement paths of the Botanic Park were implemented in the form of patterns on the lounge floor to encourage smooth meetings between employees, thereby creating a work environment where creative ideas and communication are possible.
The selection of the design and construction company for this 'Flag One' Magok Camp was made through competitive bidding, and SNI succeeded in winning the final contract with its space management business capabilities accumulated over 50 years and its excellent design and construction competitiveness, solidifying its position as the industry leader.
