Lameditech Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jong-seok), a specialized laser healthcare and beauty device company, announced on the 24th that it participated in the 'International Medical Device & Hospital Equipment Exhibition 2025 (KIMES 2025)' held at COEX in Seoul.
This exhibition was held for a total of 4 days from the 20th to the 23rd, and through its participation in the exhibition, Lameditech showcased various medical devices and beauty devices.
'KIMES2025' is the largest exhibition in Korea with 1,300 companies from around the world participating and approximately 70,000 medical professionals visiting. LamediTech announced its intention to use its participation in this exhibition as an opportunity to publicize its professional technology to the world and expand into the global market.
We were able to see the main products of Lameditech in the medical device field, the HandyRay series (HandyRay Pro (for hospital use) and HandyRay Light (for personal use)) and CareBeam. The HandyRay series is a needle-free laser lancing device that has been selected as an innovative product by the Public Procurement Service and has attracted attention. Its advantages include hygienic blood collection with less pain and no need to worry about calluses. CareBeam is an excimer light product used for skin treatment, and its advantages include high price competitiveness and ease of use compared to existing competing products.
In addition, the Puracell line, a brand famous for its laser beauty devices, was also exhibited. There are the aesthetic laser beauty devices 'PURAXEL', 'PURAXEL-MX', and the home laser beauty device 'PURAXEL-ME'. It is the first product in Korea that has been approved for personal use in aesthetics or at home in the same way as the expensive medical erbium YAG fractional laser.
This exhibition also showcased new personal multi-function skin care devices scheduled for release in the first half of this year. Following the first-generation laser beauty device, Furacelmie, the fractional laser, as well as high frequency, ultrasound, and cooling, can all be used by replacing each module in one product, and the configuration will be prepared so that consumers can choose according to their skin condition.
According to company officials, during this KIMES exhibition, many global distributors visited LamediTech’s booth and showed great interest in laser medical devices and beauty devices. In addition, buyers from Turkey, Egypt, and Taiwan, with whom distribution contracts have been signed, visited the booth and discussed contract performance, thereby concretizing business progress.
Meanwhile, the company announced that its aesthetic laser beauty device 'PURAXEL-MX' and home laser beauty device 'PURAXEL-ME', which applied the beauty platform concept at Cosmoprof held in Bologna, Italy from the 20th to the 22nd, received a great response from many European buyers, and that it will be able to quickly enter the market.
