CNT Tech to Invest Seed in FL Company

FL Company (CEO Jong-hyeok Lee), a HMR (home meal replacement) and spicy powder sauce manufacturing company, has attracted seed investment from CNT Tech (CEO Jeon Hwa-seong). The investment amount is undisclosed.

This investment was made in recognition of FL Company’s technological prowess and growth potential, which has been recognized for its originality in the HMR market by presenting differentiated taste and quality through the ‘Jeosesang’ series.

FL Company is a company that has recently been drawing explosive consumer responses in the HMR market based on its specialized spicy direct fire tumbling technology and powder sauce development capabilities. Through this investment, it plans to expand its product lineup and production facilities, and solidify its domestic and international distribution network to accelerate its entry into the global market.

A CNT Tech official said, “FL Company is a rapidly growing company in the HMR market with its unique powder source,” and added, “This investment is expected to go beyond simple financial support and become a strategic foundation for strengthening product competitiveness and expanding distribution channels, and we believe that it will be able to achieve sufficient results in the global market in the future.”

CNT Tech is helping to enhance the business model and investment capacity of FL Company, which was discovered through the support project of the 'Juice (Main Purpose Fund – Startup Linkage)' accelerating program hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

FL Company CEO Jong-hyeok Lee said, “With this investment, we will focus more on product diversification and quality improvement,” and “We will present differentiated products to domestic and foreign consumers through continuous research and development.”
