Easy Task Signs Business Agreement with Seoul City

EasyTask announced on March 20 that it will conduct a pilot project to match domestic and childcare jobs for foreigners with non-employment visas through a business agreement with Seoul City. According to this agreement, EasyTask plans to cooperate with Seoul City to provide a service that efficiently matches domestic and childcare jobs for foreigners.

EasyTask is a company that operates a real-time online office assistance platform. It provides a service that connects companies and hourly freelancers based on individual competency data for each task by dividing jobs into hourly units. With the development of AI, this platform automates the process of finding people, communicating, and setting prices and times based on accurate information, thereby increasing management efficiency. Customers can handle all processes from requesting work to communication, managing commuting hours, managing costs, and receiving results in one stop.

In addition, EasyTask provides a service that automatically matches freelancers suitable for the work requested by customers within an average of 30 minutes based on AI algorithms in the office assistance field. This differentiates itself from manual matching or several days on general outsourcing platforms by emphasizing immediacy and accuracy. After matching, the quality of the work is monitored and follow-up management is conducted, so if the customer is not satisfied, a quick modification request or replacement is possible.

EasyTask is not only a private enterprise but also a government-supported business implementation agency, and has accumulated experience in collaboration with various startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and institutions. In addition, it has over 40,000 office professionals in various fields such as administration, Excel, research, translation, and SNS operation, and many of them are highly educated, including female career gap talents and home-based freelancers.

In this pilot project, EasyTask plans to apply the advantages of the office assistance platform to offline housekeeper matching to minimize administrative power and provide efficient services in cooperation with the Seoul Metropolitan Government. EasyTask CEO Jeon Hye-jin said, “We have expanded our business based on the online office assistance platform so that Koreans around the world can freely use it,” and “Now, we want to go beyond the existing online service and leap forward as a global collaboration platform that combines offline, foreigners, various AI programs, and talents.”
