
The-K Yedam (CEO Kim Do-han, hereinafter Yedam) announced on the 21st that it signed a business partnership agreement with The-K Gyomun Nara (CEO Lee Sang-mok, hereinafter Gyomun Nara) .
This business agreement, held at the Jongno-gu Gyowonara conference room, was prepared to expand welfare benefits for Yedam customers and strengthen various service links through The K Mall.
Through this business agreement, Yedam customers will be able to receive membership benefits such as accommodation coupons and point payments from 'The K Mall', an online welfare portal operated by Kyowonara, and the two companies plan to build a better membership service environment through continuous collaboration. Kyowonara is a company invested by the Korea Teachers' Credit Union, and provides various welfare services for daily life such as travel, shopping, and medical care through The K Mall. It is also a company that operates S2B, a designated information processing device designated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
Kim Do-han, CEO of Yedam, said, “I am glad that we can provide a wider range of benefits to Yedam customers through this agreement,” and “This month, we signed business agreements with a total of three funeral homes to provide discounts on funeral home usage fees, and we will continue to strive to provide customized welfare services that prioritize customer satisfaction.”
Meanwhile, Yedam is a mutual aid company established in 2009 with a capital of 50 billion won by the Korea Teachers Credit Union so that all citizens can join with confidence. It continues to pursue management that prioritizes consumer satisfaction, such as by receiving the Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification from the Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Consumer Agency five times in a row.
