Simple Platform, an industrial AIoT platform company, announced that it was successfully listed on KOSDAQ on the 21st.
On the first day of listing, Simple Platform's stock price rose 57% (KRW 23,550) from the public offering price (KRW 15,000) and settled in the KOSDAQ market.
Simple Platform is a company that provides AI solutions specialized in various industrial fields based on AIoT (Artificial Intelligence + Internet of Things) technology. In particular, it is expanding its position in the market by creating real value in a wide range of industries such as semiconductor process optimization, livestock product quality management, sports game analysis, and medical data utilization.
In particular, we are focusing on the 'NuvisN' platform service that collects massive data generated in industrial sites in real time and trains AI models. Through this, we support companies to introduce AI more efficiently. We are maximizing operational efficiency by providing faster and more practical AI models than the existing AI application methods that required high costs and long learning periods.
Recently, in the institutional demand forecast for the initial public offering (IPO), the public offering was confirmed to be at the top of the band, and the general subscription competition rate also recorded 913 to 1, drawing great interest from investors. Simple Platform plans to further increase the utilization of AI across industries and strengthen its market competitiveness through this KOSDAQ listing.
Kang Tae-shin, CEO of Simple Platform, said, “Our AIoT technology is drawing interest from the market based on customized solutions for each industry,” and added, “We will use this KOSDAQ listing as a stepping stone to focus on innovative technology development and market expansion to further increase our corporate value. We will continue to position ourselves as a company with growth potential even after listing.”
