Seoul Fintech Lab announced that it held the '1st Review Networking' event on the 8th floor of the training center, aimed at networking between reviewers and resident companies for the development of the fintech industry. This event was a new format that Seoul Fintech Lab held for the first time in 2025, and provided an important opportunity for resident companies to exchange various opinions and feedback with mentors and receive feedback on their business models.
The event was an important venue to promote interaction between companies in Seoul Fintech Lab and investors, build business relationships, and provide opportunities for fundraising. The networking of judges is expected to become a program that can further support the growth of companies in the future by providing participating companies with an opportunity to directly gain insights from judges.
The event was attended by key evaluators including Park Jeong-yeop, Senior Evaluator (Mirae Asset Capital New Growth Investment Division), Kim Yong-hwan, Manager (BNK Venture Investment Investment Division), Son Dong-wook, Senior Team Leader (Woori Technology Investment Investment Division), Song Han-jun, Evaluator (NH Venture Investment), and Han Sang-hyun, Vice President (PKSHA Technology Capital). They closely analyzed the business models of the participating companies and provided feedback in line with the investment fields they lead. Of the 10 or so companies that participated in the networking, the five companies selected (276 Holdings, Big Tech Plus, Alchemy Lab, Cross Hub, and PDA) were companies that provided innovative fintech and technology-based solutions in different fields. These companies gave IR presentations in Part 1, and had a networking and mentoring session with five evaluators for a total of 100 minutes in Part 2.
The event provided an opportunity for the companies to receive practical feedback through direct mentoring sessions as well as networking with the judges. The judges evaluated each company’s business model, growth potential, and market entry strategy, and suggested directions for the companies to develop. The participating companies were able to concretize their future business strategies based on this advice.
A Seoul Fintech Lab official said, “This event was a new format of reviewer networking attempted for the first time by Seoul Fintech Lab, and it served as a foundation for further expanding growth potential through networking with companies with potential to lead the future of the fintech industry.” He also said, “This networking event was also an important opportunity for reviewers to discuss the direction of the fintech industry.” He also said, “We plan to continue to provide various networking and programs that connect investment and business opportunities in the future.”
