Aviilpalgong, 'Grow with Braze Seoul' ends

Marketing technology company AB180 announced on the 21st that the global marketing conference 'Grow With Braze Seoul', in which it participated with Braze, has ended.

'Grow with Braze' is Braze's core marketing conference held in the Asia-Pacific region, providing important insights to marketing professionals by providing the latest marketing trends, business success stories utilizing Braze, and effective ways to use Braze.

This conference was held on the 19th at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, and around 500 domestic brand marketing officials attended, showing great interest. Several sessions were held at the event on the topic of how to build deep relationships with customers by harmoniously utilizing AI-based automation and genuine human connections. The main presentation topics included ▲Strategies for increasing customer loyalty through AI-based personalization, ▲Designing an integrated channel loyalty program for the mobile-centric Korean market, and ▲How to build optimal customer engagement with real-time data insights and a collaborative approach.

In particular, ABIL8Gong's consulting head Park So-jin, along with Wadiz's marketer Kim Gil-tae, introduced CRM (customer relationship management) strategies for maximizing retention under the theme of 'User lifecycle campaigns completed with automation and personalization.' They received attention by sharing in detail CRM strategies for customer lifecycle analysis and app usage induction through actual Wadiz cases.

In addition, major domestic platform companies such as Kakao Style ZigZag, BBROS, and Remember also participated and introduced CRM success stories utilizing Braze. Ha Dong-kwon, CRM Marketing Manager of Kakao Style ZigZag, presented a strategy to accelerate brand growth by strengthening relationships beyond customer data management under the theme of ‘Define Customers’, and Kim Yeon-kyung, Marketing Manager of BBROS, emphasized the importance of CRM solutions and the importance of establishing data-based customized strategies. Kim Dae-jung, Head of CRM Marketing at Remember, mentioned the necessity of customer-tailored marketing and introduced real-life cases of collaboration between various departments and utilization of customer data.

The conference was also attended by Braze APAC Vice President Shahid Nizami, Korea Country Manager Jooyeon Ko, and Product Marketing Director John Haywood, who shared CRM marketing strategies and success stories utilizing Braze solutions. In addition, domestic and international marketing experts from Amplitude, CJ OliveNetworks, InfoBip, and Martini participated as speakers.
