Second Syndrome , which operates the mini warehouse Attic (hereinafter referred to as Attic), announced that it was selected for the third consecutive year as one of the '2025 Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies' jointly announced by the Financial Times (FT) of the UK and global market research firm Statista.
The Financial Times and Statista annually select and announce the 500 companies with the highest sales growth rates in 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This survey was conducted on companies that recorded sales of more than $100,000 in 2020 and more than $1 million in 2023.
Second Syndrome ranked first in Korea and sixth in Asia Pacific in the Real Estate category, and was the only domestic self-storage company to be selected.
'Darak', the leader in the domestic self-storage market, currently operates 164 branches nationwide and is contributing to creating a more spacious and comfortable living environment. It offers practical storage solutions by providing space for customers to safely store items they do not need immediately.
In particular, by introducing an unmanned automated operation solution utilizing AI and IoT technologies, we maintain a comfortable and safe storage environment 24 hours a day and provide a convenient customer experience through a dedicated mobile app.
Hong Woo-tae, CEO of Second Syndrome, said, “We will continue to achieve sustainable growth through continuous technology R&D and business expansion,” and “We plan to expand beyond the domestic market into the global market based on the know-how and technological prowess we have accumulated so far.”
