Infobank Co., Ltd. (CEO Taehyung Park), a provider of AI solutions such as AI contact centers (AICC), AI-based messaging services, and AI chatbots, announced on the 20th that it signed a 'MOU for the cultivation of AI and SW convergence talents' with the Innovation Academy (President Yeongpyo Jeon) at the Innovation Academy's Saerom Hall.

The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of key figures from both companies, including Infobank CEO Kang Jin-beom of iLab, Infobank CEO Hong Seung-pyo of iCom, and Innovation Academy Dean Jeon Yeong-pyo.

Through this agreement, both organizations plan to provide '42 Seoul' trainees with AI project experience in real industrial environments and actively support the recruitment of excellent talent.

Infobank selects students from '42 Seoul', the first Asian campus of Ecole 42 operated by Innovation Academy, and operates joint collaboration projects based on issues that are actually being considered in the field. Through this, students can participate in the process of solving problems faced by companies and strengthen their professional capabilities centered on practice.

In particular, Infobank's corporate research institute, iLab, plans to focus on providing an exchange program with current developers for trainees aiming to become developers, sharing in-depth information on the industry's current status and practical know-how, as well as actively discovering potential talent and linking them to employment.

Kang Jin-beom, CEO of iLab, said, “In the era of digital transformation, a company’s competitiveness depends on securing talent with innovative thinking and outstanding technical skills.” He added, “We will focus on fostering world-class AI experts by building a full-cycle talent development pipeline that starts from discovering excellent talent in the AI field to systematic practical training, real-world project experience, and continuous growth support.”

Hong Seung-pyo, CEO of iCom, said, “I am very pleased to have taken a step further in fostering future talent in the AI field through cooperation with Innovation Academy.” He added, “We will do our best to foster innovative and creative AI experts by supporting various experimental environments and abundant resources for AI talent based on a systematic and stable growth system.”

Dean Jeon Young-pyo of Innovation Academy said, “The collaboration with Infobank, a company active in the AI solution industry, is a very meaningful opportunity for the students,” and added, “We hope that the students will achieve tangible growth through the joint project.”
