Human Consulting Group (HCG) , a leading HR tech company, recently announced that it will supply its HR SaaS platform, Talenx, to NICE Group . With this, HCG has reaffirmed its strength in building e-HR solutions in industries that handle sensitive information, including the financial sector.
Nice Group is a financial infrastructure company established in 1986, and operates various businesses such as credit rating, data, payment, financial services, mobility, and manufacturing. Currently, 11 affiliates of Nice Group have introduced and are operating performance management and evaluation management modules, and 5 additional affiliates have introduced TalenX. Starting in April, they will additionally apply personnel management and work management modules, and in July, they will expand to include payroll management modules to convert to an all-in-one HR system.
This introduction of TalenX by Nice Group is noteworthy in that it is the first cloud-based HR SaaS solution to be introduced in the financial sector, where security regulations are strict. TalenX has ISO 27001 and ISMS certifications, and boasts strong security by meeting the Financial Security Institute’s CSP stability evaluation criteria. Through this, it has established itself as a trusted solution in the financial industry. In addition, it is evaluated that HCG’s know-how, which has experience in building HR systems for approximately 150 large domestic conglomerate groups, played a major role in this introduction.
TalenX is an integrated HR operation platform that supports the complex organizational structure of large corporate group companies, and can comprehensively process various HR tasks such as performance management, evaluation management, personnel management, work management, and payroll management. This platform provides customized settings that can flexibly reflect the different personnel policies of each affiliate, and is designed to maintain an integrated HR strategy at the group level. In addition, integrated personnel data and history management at the group level are possible, allowing for systematic management of key talent and strategic personnel placement.
