Metabuild (CEO Cho Poong-yeon) , an AI and interconnected middleware specialist, is building a 'digital pipeline', a core element of the 'Digital Platform Government (DPG) Hub' as a member of the KT consortium, by supplying its hybrid SaaS·sLLM-based 'connected middleware (MESIM ESB/APIG/DATAHUB)' product. 'DPG Hub' is a project to build a 'digital resource registration repository', 'digital pipeline', and 'one-stop easy authentication', and is a cloud platform that safely connects government and private data and services to promote private-sector-led innovative service development. The first phase of service is scheduled to launch in May.
Metabuild is the first domestic commercial 'linked middleware' equipped with AI code generation and fault detection technology to obtain CSAP certification, supporting multi-hybrid environments and registered with CSP operators (KT, Naver, NHN, SDS) for service. It seamlessly collects, links, and distributes data generated from various public and private systems through a single pipeline. When the 'DPG Hub' is completed by 2026, it is expected to become a new data distribution ACx platform through data linkage and utilization in the government, private, and financial sectors.
Since its establishment in 1998, Metabuild has supplied cutting-edge 'AI-linked middleware' developed through a research organization of over 150 people to major financial institutions such as Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Hana Bank, Woori Bank, Nonghyup Bank, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, Korea Technology Finance Corporation, and BC Card. It has also supplied it to large-scale public projects such as Government 24, Administrative Information Sharing System, Digital Service Open Platform, Disaster Management 24, Next-Generation Social Security Information System, Education Administration Data Integration System, 4th Generation NICE, Next-Generation Edufine, and Defense Linkage Management System. It has also supplied it to Incheon International Airport Corporation, Korea Railroad Corporation, Korea Electric Power Corporation, Expressway Corporation, Korea Gas Corporation, National Pension Service, Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service, National Health Insurance Service, and SK Group, Dongwon Group, GS Group, CJ Group, and Aekyung Group.
Along with obtaining the 2nd grade of Software Quality Certification (SP Certification), we have successfully carried out major SI and SM projects commissioned by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and the Social Security Information Service as the main organizer. Recently, the 'National Knowledge Information Integration Platform Project' carried out as the main organization, which linked knowledge information of 105 organizations and exceeded 100 million cases, applied ML analysis and natural language-based sLLM/RAG/Agent technology through automatic metadata creation, catalog-based classification search, and user behavior data collection, and developed functions such as search priority management, new word extraction, algorithm advancement, search engine intelligence, and paper summary/generation, thereby dramatically improving user convenience and accessibility. We are building the 'AI Unfair Claim and Document Creation' and 'Fraud Detection (FDS) System' of the National Health Insurance Service, Review and Assessment Service, and card companies with our own AI tool-based AI platform (sLLM/MLOps), which is greatly contributing to enhancing fiscal soundness and transparency of financial transactions.
