V.Doc (operator: AItrix) announced on the 19th that it will participate in the 40th International Medical Device and Hospital Equipment Exhibition 'KIMES 2025' to be held at COEX in Seoul from the 20th to the 23rd.
Vdoc is an artificial intelligence (AI)-based consultation solution that covers the entire process before and after treatment, from pre-treatment consultation to post-treatment care. It will be officially launched at this exhibition and will showcase innovative features as an integrated solution for both patients and medical staff.
The core function of Vdoc is to automatically generate optimized questionnaire questions tailored to the patient’s symptoms using AI technology. The health report created based on these questions provides the medical staff with the key information they need, allowing the medical staff to clearly understand the patient’s condition and make quick diagnosis and treatment decisions.
In addition, Vdoc uses STT (Speech-to-Text) technology to record the treatment content in real time while the treatment is in progress, recording information that medical staff and patients may miss. After the treatment, the 'Vdoc Care' function provides a follow-up care guide that matches the suspected disease, enabling continuous management even outside the hospital.
In this way, Vdoc is expected to establish itself as an innovative solution that can simultaneously increase the efficiency of medical services and patient satisfaction, going beyond a simple questionnaire system.
A Vdoc official said, “Vdoc is a solution that increases the efficiency of treatment by reducing the burden on medical staff by reducing repetitive questions and allowing them to focus on treatment as much as the secured time. It is very meaningful that Vdoc is officially taking its first step into the market through KIMES 2025,” and “We have been developing the solution more precisely by reflecting feedback from various medical fields through beta testing last year, and based on this, we will provide a more intuitive and efficient medical experience.”
