New Paradigm Holds 'IPO Strategy Seminar'

New Paradigm Investment (hereinafter referred to as New Paradigm, NP), a startup scale-up accelerator, announced on the 19th that it held an 'IPO Strategy Seminar' at the Next Payments Showroom in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 18th. The seminar began with a welcoming speech by New Paradigm Co-CEO Park Jae-hyun, and Kiwoom Securities Corporate Finance Team Director Koo Bon-jin gave a presentation on 'IPO Status and Strategy in 2025'. The Q&A session that followed was a time to share practical concerns about the listing process and seek solutions.

Representatives from New Paradigm Portfolio companies Lysol, NextPayments, Petfarm, and Azwemake participated as presenters in this seminar, sharing their business status and growth strategies and discussing their listing plans. Lysol operates an electronic medicine platform for diagnosing and treating brain diseases, and NextPayments provides smart store solutions for small business owners and the self-employed. Petfarm operates an animal medicine supply platform, and Azwemake provides O2O services through a regional food commerce platform.

New Paradigm Co-CEO Bae Sang-seung said, “It is important for startups aiming for an IPO to prepare a systematic listing strategy and implementation plan,” and expressed his hope that this seminar would help them understand the IPO process and establish specific implementation plans. New Paradigm stated that it will continue to help startups achieve successful IPOs by providing customized support according to their growth stages.

Meanwhile, New Paradigm is currently recruiting companies to participate in the 'Baby Unicorn Growth Program', which provides up to 5 billion won in support to innovative startups, and the application period is until May 2. The target fields of the program are ICT, commerce, silver tech, sports tech, digital healthcare, smart robots, generative AI, and the entire 4th industrial revolution and deep tech.
