JamJam Therapeutics and The Pinkfong Company Sign 'Pinkfong Wonderstar' Licensing Partnership

JamJam Therapeutics announced on the 18th that it will be launching 'Pinkfong Magic Hand,' a children's rehabilitation treatment game utilizing the popular animation series 'Pinkfong Wonderstar,' in July in collaboration with global family entertainment company The Pinkfong Company.

This collaboration is part of the 'Terratainment' project, which was designed to provide psychological stability and positive rehabilitation experiences to children with disabilities, and is a form that combines rehabilitation treatment and entertainment. JamJam Therapeutics has been developing a solution that utilizes machine learning-based motion recognition technology that allows people to enjoy rehabilitation games without special equipment. 'Pinkfong Magic Hand', launched through an IP licensing partnership with The Pinkfong Company, is based on the existing 'JamJam 400' hand motion recognition AI model, and consists of 52 episodes using the 'Pinkfong Wonderstar' IP with a game theme of healthy lifestyle habits. 'Pinkfong Wonderstar' was the first Korean animation to be launched globally through YouTube Originals, and gained great popularity.

“Through this collaboration, we hope to create a world where all children, regardless of disability, can realize their potential,” said Kim Jung-eun, CEO of JamJam Therapeutics. “We hope that this game will have a positive impact on children’s daily lives and rehabilitation processes.”

An official from The Pink Fong Company stated, “The children’s rehabilitation treatment game being released through collaboration with Jam Jam Therapeutics is expected to provide practical support for children’s rehabilitation exercises by combining AI technology and content production capabilities,” adding, “The Pink Fong Company will continue to take the lead in realizing social value through content.”
